Who doesn’t remember the immature boy in the movie “The 40-year-old virgin”, the failed cop in 21 Jump street and the funny sidekick of Leonardo Dicaprio movie “The Wolf of Wall Street”. Yes, I am talking about the funny guy, Jonah Hill, who has always managed to tickle your funny bones with his ostentatious acting abilities. Moreover, his overweight body has always seemed his character to be connected to a normal guy next door persona and his characters whether small or big have always managed to grab the attention of the audience.

Lately, the Superbad actor has been flaunting his healthier physique on the red carpets and the social media. Some fans are admiring his physique while some fans are missing the chubby geeky guy whom they had a nice laugh on while watching him on the big show weight loss

Well, it’s not the first physical transformation he has gone through. He has seen many ups and downs in weight during his career span. During the premiere of the 2011 movie Moneyball, where Jonah Hill stars along with Brad Pitt, Hill was seen sporting a slim, slick and suited version of him at the red carpet and grabbed more than a few eyeballs. In an interview on the The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Jonah had admitted that he credits his weight loss to his fellow actor of 22 Jump Street Channing Tatum for supporting and guiding him.

Jonah Hill shot to fame with films like The 40-Year-Old Virgin(2005), Moneyball(2011), Knocked UP(2007), Wolf of Wall Street (2013) and Superbad(2007). He was nominated twice for the Oscars in the category of the Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role. Jonah hill weight loss has always played roles of laid-back guys, who are goofy, geeky and quick-witted. After Moneyball (2011) he was seen in more serious roles.

He has lately shared his weight loss tips in his interviews and always seem to imply on the nutritional foods and a healthy diet plan. The actor has also said that along with a healthy diet plan he has followed a good exercise regimen to have a sleek body. He said in an interview that he found out later that Japanese food has done wonders for him and so he and his nutritionist incorporated more sushi in his diet.
